We are a company that has been growing steadily, roughly 10% each year, for the past 50 years, even during the darkest moments of the recent economic crisis.
We have always been environmental friendly, and we still use a purifier created in the 70s, without any obligation, just by our own choice.
In a context of 860,000 joint-stock companies based in Italy, we were selected by a Cerved algorithm (CCIAA) and recognized by a National Scientific Committee among the 203 companies worthy of obtaining the “Premio Industria Felix” for high honor budgetary reficence with the rating on sustainability, reliability and safety in both 2021 and 2022.
How did we do it?
We invest an important percentage of our revenue in Research and Development, in order to constantly provide our commercial network with real innovations that allow us to be competitive on the marketplace and to give our researchers a reason to be proud. We filed 7 patents.
In a very competitive field, such as that of self-adhesive labels, from the start we chose to position ourselves with very high quality products, which are difficult to re-plicate on a global level, some of them are exclusively made by Rotas.
We have created a strong positive reputation around us. We succeeded not only by working on the quality of the production, but also on the constant selection of the people who enter the Rotas world.
